What to Wear

Tryouts for the 2015-2016 team will be September 28th, 29th, and 30th 4:15-6:15 in the Small Gym.  Please print out the forms below and bring them filled out to the first day of tryouts.  For the teacher evaluations, please print two copies and cut them in half to have 4 total forms.  If you have any questions please email dsfdance1@gmail.com .
